SHIPPING OF GOODS

From Coventry we are able to offer same day shipment on all the parts shown in the ‘Parts-from-Coventry’ catalogue. These are the fastest moving non-defined parts and as such both the stock level held and the range is continually changing to meet market demands.

We have tried to ensure that most items are shipped ‘CARRIAGE PAID’ please see the details contained on each catalogue page for clarification. By carriage paid we ensure that goods are shipped on 2/3 day carrier service for the UK mainland only. For all other areas please enquire.

For shipments when a ‘Next-Day’ service is required a surcharge will be applied but this service does have restrictions within certain post codes.

 

COLLECTION OF GOODS

We operate a trade counter area with our Coventry facility for collection of goods and assistance in parts identification.

 

SAFETY CERTIFICATION

For all goods sold ex-Coventry the required certification will be enclosed with the sales invoice. This is done in all cases and does not have to be requested. It covers goods such as forks, fork extensions and chain.

 

SAFETY DATA SHEETS

For goods sold ex-Coventry the required safety data sheets are available on request.

 

WARRANTY

All parts sold are subject to the standard warranty offered by the company - see terms and conditions, copy available on request.
